Since the beginning of the year, I realized that I have improve tremendously, from obtaining a C6 to an A1. I have definitely achieve some of the targets I set at the beginning of the year such as taking notes in class, paying attention in class. However I realized I am still lacking the confidence to ask questions in class. I am always afraid that the question I ask is humiliating and might be even be catogerised as “dumb”. Though I have achieve satisfying results but it is still not the best. Other than thinking of ways to improve, I have also observed how the straight A’s students study. I realized they create comprehensive notes for themselves and they do not do ‘lat-minute’ works. They accumlate they knowledge day by day and when the exams come, they have plenty of things to revise. I guess that is the reason why my notes are not as comprehensive as theirs.
Hence for term 2 and the rest of the year, I have decided to accumlate my knowledge day by day, taking down each and everything the teachers says. I feel that this way of studying will be more relaxing as I will be spreading out a full days work into the several days of a term. This will definitely help in my next test and I hope I will be able to achieve higher grades.
